Spring 2024 Parent/Teacher Conference Information

 

In order to remain flexible for our busy parents, we are offering two Conferencing options; 1) an in-person meeting and/or 2) a remote meeting option via Google Meet. To make scheduling efficient, we will offer Thursday conferences to those choosing an in-person meeting and Friday for all remote meets.

BRTC brings one of the most successful Broadway musicals to the stage on March 8th and 9th at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts.

Showtimes are Friday, March 8th at 7pm and Saturday, March 9th at 2p and 7p.

The Black River Theatre Company (BRTC) would like to extend an invitation to the community
to help support the BRTC students and enjoy early ticket access plus complimentary tickets to
Les Miserables! The production will be performed on March 8th, 7:00p and March 9th, 2:00p
and 7:00p at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts. BRTC is a self-funded theater company and
relies on the generosity of the community to make our shows a success!


We have three levels of support available:
Friends of BRTC: For $100, you will receive 2 complimentary tickets, early access to ticket
sales, and your name in the program. You may also order additional tickets at this time.


Actor’s Circle: For $250, you will receive 4 complimentary tickets, early access to ticket sales,
and your name in the program. You may also order additional tickets at this time.


Director’s Circle: For $500, you will receive 6 complimentary tickets, early access to ticket
sales, and your name in the program. You may also order additional tickets at this time.


To donate and claim your tickets, go to https://blackrivertheatreco.ludus.com/ and click on
“Passes” at the top of the page. Once you have paid for your passes, please send an email to
biermab@brpsk12.org and we will send you the access code and instructions.

There is a blood shortage right now, so please consider being a donor. To be a donor, follow the instructions below.

4) Click on a time slot

*Please note, students must be at least 16 years old to donate, those under 17 will also need to complete a parental consent form.

BRPS Post-Open Enrollment Period for the 2024-25 School Year is Underway
POST-LOTTERY APPLICATION INFORMATION - 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR

The BRPS Open Enrollment period ended on February 28, 2024, at 4:00pm. Post-lottery applications are still being accepted using the link below. Families will receive post-lottery application information via email after May 1, 2024. Please be patient as we work through the lottery applicants and make sure they have the information they need.
