You are invited to attend our 8th grade Renaissance Fair on Friday, May 3, 2023. The event will take place in the main gym, at Black River Public School, from 8:45-10:15 AM. If you are able to attend, you will see your student’s story board about the Renaissance and hear a two-minute rendition about a historical figure from the Renaissance. We call this our wax museum, as many of the students will be dressed up as the character they are portraying.

Your presence is not required, but we would love to have as many of you attend as possible. It really adds a lot to the event if we can have adults observing as well as other students. The 8th graders love sharing their hard work! 

Don't Miss Fine Arts Night!

This Friday, May 3rd, from 6p-8p in the Lyceum.

You'll be treated to performances by Black River bands, choirs, orchestras, and small ensemble groups. You'll see art galleries by students from Kindergarten through High School. You can watch a senior slideshow and bid on silent auction items to support the BR Fine Arts Boosters.

This free event is for all ages, so bring the family and celebrate Black River Fine Arts!
