My name is Tammy Clark, and I am the orchestra director here at Black River, as well as the beginning woodwinds instructor and department head for the Fine Arts Department. I was born and raised in Holland, MI. I earned my Bachelor of Music degree from Hope College in both music education and music performance in 1998, and I earned my Master of Education degree from Grand Valley State University in 2015. I occasionally perform with the Holland Symphony as a member of the orchestra and am a member of the Brioso String Quartet. I have two boys who both attend Black River. I also love hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
