The High School G-Block Drama class students will perform monologues, duos and group scenes.  The performance is free of charge.

We are so excited to welcome you to the Black River family. Missy Bayn, our Kindergarten classroom Lead Montessori Teacher, will be hosting a tour for our 2022-2023 newly admitted kindergarten students in May. Parents/Guardians will have an opportunity to tour the Montessori elementary building, the kindergarten classroom, our Lyceum building which includes the cafeteria and gymnasium and see the school playground. 

When: Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 12:00pm - Our campus is closed that afternoon and the doors will lock promptly at 12:05pm, please do not be late.

Where: Elementary Building, Columbia Ave. - Parents and their kindergarten student(s) can meet Ms. Missy in the elementary building's main office.

No RSVP needed. Parking is available in the main parking lot across from the middle/high school building on 491 Columbia Ave. Ms. Missy will be happy to answer your questions regarding the kindergarten program at Black River. If you have specific questions regarding your students K-readiness, assessments, and special education needs, please check your enrollment packet for the names and email addresses of the appropriate contact. We kindly ask that this be a tour for you and your student, we cannot provide care for siblings.

If you cannot make this date, we plan to offer another admitted student tour in June. Students and families will also have an opportunity to meet their teacher and see their classroom before the start of the school year during the Elementary Montessori Open House on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm.

Families will also have an opportunity to meet their students' teachers and walk through the campus at the Curriculum Night Open House on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
