We have some exciting news! After rigorous testing and FDA approval, three COVID-19 vaccines are authorized and available in West Michigan and throughout the U.S. Black River has been selected by the OCDPH to host a vaccine clinic for kids ages 5-11 on Tuesday, November 9, from 4:30-8:00pm. Appointments are available now at Vaccinatewestmi.com/clinics. The clinic will be held in the Lyceum building in the main gymnasium. Parking is open in the main lot or back lot and face masks are required on campus. Here is a flyer with more clinic information.

Parents that sign-up for an appointment on Tuesday, November 9 will be asked to return to Black River on Tuesday, November 30 for the second dose of vaccine.

Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. When registering, use the child's name as the contact. Please do not enter the parent’s name until prompted.
