Spring 2025 Parent/Teacher Conference Information
In order to remain flexible for our busy parents, we are offering two Conferencing options;
1) Thursday in-person conferences
2) Friday remote conferences (Google Meet)
Dates and details are below:
In-Person Parent/Teacher Conference Option
Thursday, March 13: 1:00pm to 8:00pm -
-Half Day of School 8:00-11:00am
-Classroom numbers are listed on your conference appointment
Remote Parent/Teacher Conference Option – Google Meet
Friday, March 14: 12:00pm to 3:00pm -
-Half Day of School 8:00-11:00am
-Parents should sign-up using the same email that they will use to join the Google Meet.
-Parents scheduling a remote conference will be sent an email with a Google Meet invitation.
-Don’t forget to test your microphone and camera before the start of the meeting.
Conference sign-up will be available online through our website beginning Wednesday, February 26 at 8:00am. At that time, a sign-up link will be posted on the website news feed.
-Conference time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early sign-up is recommended for parents.
-Parents do not need to choose one day or the other. Feel free to select the option or combination that works best for your family.
Online sign up will end on Wednesday, March 5 at 11:59pm.
-Parents needing an appointment after sign-up has ended will be asked to contact teachers directly.
