Spring 2026 Parent/Teacher Conference Information

 

In order to remain flexible for our busy parents, we are offering two Conferencing options:

1) Thursday, March 12: In-person Conferences

2) Friday, March 13: Remote Conferences 

 

Dates, times, and details:

 

In-Person Parent/Teacher Conference Option

Thursday, March 12: 1:00pm to 8:00pm 

Reminders:

1) Half Day of School 8:00am-11:00am

2) Room numbers are listed on your conference appointment

 

Remote Parent/Teacher Conference Option – Google Meet

Friday, March 13: 12:00pm to 3:00pm 

Reminders:

1) Half Day of School 8:00am-11:00am

2) Sign-up using the same email that you use to join Google Meet.

3) If you schedule a remote conference, you will receive an email from each teacher with a Google Meet invitation. 

4) Don’t forget to test your microphone and camera before the start of the meeting.  

 

Sign-up Link Availability:

Conference sign-up will be available online through our website beginning Wednesday, February 25 at 8:00am.  At that time, the sign-up link will be posted on the website news feed.

Reminders:

1) Conference time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so early sign-up is recommended for parents.

2) Parents do not need to choose one day or the other. Feel free to select the option or combination that works best for your family.

3) Online sign up will end on Wednesday, March 4 at 11:59pm. 

4) Parents needing an appointment after sign-up has ended will be asked to contact teachers directly.
