A simple way that you can contribute to BRTC is to put a “SHOUT OUT” in the performance program for your actor or crew member for just $10. The “SHOUT OUT” form link is posted prior to each performance on the BRTC webpage as well as a link sent to the current cast and crew in a future email.

The most impactful way you can help financially is to have you, your family, friends or a company you know be a “patron donor” or “corporate sponsor” of the show.

As a patron donor, there are three levels of participation:

Broadway    $200 or greater
Equity          $100-$199
Community under $100

If you or a friends’ business would like to be promoted as a BRTC official sponsor, we will advertise for your company in our programs! Sponsorship levels for each performance are:

$50  We will place a 1/8 page sized advertisement in the program.

$100 We will place a 1⁄4 page sized advertisement in the program.

$200 We will place a 1⁄2 page sized advertisement in the program.

$400 We will place a full-page advertisement in the program.

Please print and fill out the BRTC Sponsorship Form and place it in an envelope with your check, and BRTC in the memo line. If applicable, please include a business card with your logo on it so we can advertise for you. Or you can email your logo to us at brtcparents@brpsk12.org. Please drop your form and envelope off at the main office to Christie Phillips by May 1, 2020.
