Blue Lake scholarship audition day is on Wednesday, February 12, from 8am-3pm. Interested music, art, and drama students may sign up for a five minute audition time slot with any of the fine arts teachers. Auditions and portfolio review will take place in the Chamber Music Room which is in the Large Ensemble Room. 

Instrumental: A solo or etude and three major or minor scales demonstrating your instrument’s range. No guitar or soprano sax. 

Vocal: A short series of vocal warm-ups demonstrating vocal range, and a prepared solo (accompanied or unaccompanied). 

Theater: Brief monologue of your choice; and a musical excerpt if auditioning for musical theater.

Art: Portfolio review includes photos of three to four original works. Include a variety of media if possible.
