Dear Black River Community,

We are so excited that our basketball players finally got to take the court in competition!  It has been a long haul and our kids and coaches have been incredible in preparing for competition while practicing the safety protocols for COVID-19 that Black River is committed to adhering to during the remainder of the season.

Last night, in our gym we had incredible support for our teams as well as adherence to the Covid-19 safety protocols issued by the MHSAA.

Please know that while we have more control over our own home events than we do in other school gymnasiums, we continue to work very hard with the schools that we visit to make the experience as safe as possible.

Thank you parents, for being positive and supportive of our athletes and coaches.  We will continue to lead by example during this difficult time!
