My name is Theresa Alferink, and I'm a Parapro here at Black River Public School. This is my second year working in this position. 

Prior to my position at Black River I was a stay at home mom and occasionally substituted for Black River and Holland Public. I  have a  bachelor's degree from Calvin College in Business Administration..

My husband, Jeff, and I have lived in Holland for 17 years. All four of our children attended Black River.  
We have two Australian shepherds who like to go boating, camping, and hiking with us.
