My name is Steve Eicher, and I am the MS/HS Academic Interventionist at Black River.  I am a graduate of Hope College and have been working here at Black River for the last 13 years.  I am passionate about encouraging and supporting students in their academic pursuits.  School does not come easily for all students and I consider it a privilege to walk with those who struggle through their academic journey.

I am married with 2 children, ages 20 and 23.  In my spare time I enjoy fishing, hiking and following several different sports in their seasons. I also enjoy playing basketball weekly with a group of educators in the area.
