PROJECT TERM

Black River was the first school in West Michigan to institute a Project Term.  Project Term is for grades 1-12.

Project Term is a month of experiential education.  Through field trips and hands-on activities, students gain educational experiences that are difficult to provide in a more traditional setting.  It is an opportunity for teachers to share their areas of expertise with students.  Students also have the opportunity to develop interests and talents that will last beyond the four-week duration of the term.
