Be sure to watch for more updates as we get closer to the start and let us know if you have questions.
Rigging Day
On Thursday, March 28th from 3:30pm-6:30pm, we'll need help from all of our high school and college sailors getting all the boats out of storage and ready for sailing again. The goal is to be sailing on Tuesday April 2nd! Sailors should come prepared with clothes and shoes that are suitable being outside but do not need to bring their sailing gear.
Kick-off Meeting
To bring everyone up to speed before we hit the water, we will be holding a kick-off meeting for parents & sailors at MBJA on Thursday, March 28th from 6:30-7:00pm (immediately after rigging boats). Here, we will go over the Spring practice/regatta schedule, HS Sailing Handbook, and answer any questions you have about the program and the upcoming season. If for some reason you are unable to attend, please let us know and we will contact you directly with all the info you need.
Registration & Regattas
In the meantime, we encourage you to head on over to the High School Sailing Page on the MBJA Website to review the preliminary regatta schedule and get signed-up/registered for spring high school sailing. After all, where else would you want to be after a long day of school? Come join us on the lake!
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any question and feel free to forward this information to anyone else you think may be interested high school sailing this spring.
