Black River Student News is hosting a Hat Day Fundraiser in the MS/HS building to raise money for the people affected by the California wildfires.

Our MS/HS students and staff are allowed to wear hats to school on Monday, November 19th if they donate at least $1. Student News will be collecting money on Friday, November 16 after school at 3:05pm, and during CAP/Lunch in the MS/HS main lobby. You will get a slip confirming that you can wear a hat on the Monday, November 19. Please make sure you have the slip with you to confirm you can wear a hat.

ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE WILDFIRE RELIEF FUND, so donations over $1 are definitely accepted. If you have any questions please email either Kristen Knieper at knieperk@brpsk12.org or Shannon Witvoet at witvoets@brpsk12.org.
